1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we have a strict no-return policy. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a product that is broken, spoiled, or not fit for consumption.
Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order.
Missing Items – If your order is incomplete or missing products.
Expired Products – If the product delivered is past its expiration date.


2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure:

✔ You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
✔ You provide clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or missing product.
✔ The product is unused and in its original packaging (for non-food items like gift boxes or accessories).


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement?

📌 Step 2: Provide your order ID, issue details, and supporting images.
📌 Step 3: Our team will review the request and approve/reject it based on our policy.
📌 Step 4: If approved, you will receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


4. Refund Method

💳 Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets): Refund will be credited to the same payment method.
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or MixtureBox store credit.


5. Non-Refundable Items

❌ Opened or consumed food items.
❌ Orders placed by mistake.
❌ Delays due to shipping/courier issues beyond our control.
❌ Personal taste preferences (e.g., "I don’t like the taste").
❌ Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).


6. Cancellation Policy

📢 Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
📢 After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
