being deep-fried. Sev is small pieces of crunchy noodles. It comes in several
variations and flavors s aloo bhujia sev, palak sav, mint sav, tomato sav, etc.
Sev is used in various street
food to enhance the crunchiness and flavor of the dish, but it can be eaten
standalone as well. Sev is used in popular street food such as chat, behl puri,
and sav puri and not-so-street food such as dahi vada. Our sav is free from all
